Paper over Board Ring Binders are generally lined with a white paper liner unless specified otherwise. Ring binders are then Gloss or Matt film laminated which protects the binder and enhances the look. Paper over Board Ring binders are a good option when looking at a cost effective but professional way of producing your Ring binders with full colour photos/image on the outside cover.
